I’m Josefina Erosa (b. 1993), an Argentine photographer and visual artist based in Mexico City.
Since I was 19, I have developed a practice centered on light, nature, and the emotional presence of space. My early background in architecture, design, and film shaped a visual language grounded in composition, material sensitivity, and the ability of environments to evoke feeling—foundations that continue to guide my work today.

My practice merges landscape photography with hand-applied interventions. Using images captured in places such as Tokyo, Patagonia, Baja California, and the Alps, I create unique pieces enhanced with embroidery, stones, and textural details that expand the narrative within each photograph. I aim for every piece to serve as a bridge between the moment I witnessed and the emotional experience of the viewer.

Movement is central to my process: I travel in search of light, color, and atmospheres that spark a sensory response. This journey also fuels Tiny Truck Sessions, my itinerant gallery project that brings my work directly to the public and reflects my commitment to making art accessible, intimate, and alive.

My pieces have been exhibited and collected throughout the Americas and Europe, and I maintain ongoing collaborations with galleries such as House of Spoils (United States) and Time Walls (Spain). Through each work, my intention is to create images that transform spaces, resonate deeply, and offer a lasting connection.
